1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern a merchant's access to and use of Ramlyon. The service is operated by Ramlyon, trading as Ramlyon. Support is available at [email protected].

By creating an account, the user confirms that they are authorised to act for the merchant and accept the version shown above.

2. The service

Ramlyon provides a digital menu and restaurant operations platform. Depending on the active plan and configuration, shipped functions include public QR menus, multilingual menu content, web or WhatsApp ordering, restaurant POS, kitchen order screens, tables, staff roles, customers, discounts, analytics, and exports.

Ramlyon does not provide delivery, automatic refunds, or online diner payment. Features that are not present in the product are not promised by these terms.

3. Accounts and merchant responsibilities

The merchant must provide accurate account and venue information, protect its login credentials, assign staff only the access they need, and promptly remove access that is no longer required. The merchant is responsible for its menu content, prices, allergens, availability, tax settings, customer service, order fulfilment, and compliance obligations.

Ramlyon uses role-based access controls. The merchant remains responsible for actions taken by authorised staff accounts.

4. Plans and trial

Ramlyon currently offers two plans: Menu and Operations. Plan features and current prices are shown on the pricing page. A trial may be offered without requiring a payment card.

A plan or feature may be unavailable when it is disabled by the platform or has no active price for the merchant's currency or billing period. The application shows the applicable price before a payment claim is made.

5. Billing and payment claims

Billing uses a manual bank, mobile-wallet, or InstaPay transfer. The merchant submits a claim containing the payer details, amount, transfer reference, and proof requested by the application. An authorised human reviews that claim before the subscription is settled or changed.

Ramlyon collects, stores, and transmits no payment-card data at any point. There is no automatic recurring card charge.

A paid plan change is pay-first. The current plan stays in force while the new claim is pending. When a plan change settles, unused days left in the previous cycle are forfeited; there is no prorated credit in the current implementation.

6. Non-payment and read-only access

When a subscription expires without settlement, the product applies a 14-day grace period. After that period, the tenant enters a read-only state. Existing operational data is not deleted merely because payment is late. Restoring an eligible subscription restores write access under the product's current rules.

7. Closure and data

A merchant can request account closure. Closure is reversible for 30 days. After that recovery window, the purge process removes tenant operational data and anonymises the account where the implementation permits. Billing records are retained for the period stated in the Data Retention Policy and cannot be erased through the closure flow.

Merchants can export tenant data using the product's export function before closure. Diner data is handled under the Privacy Policy and Menu Privacy Notice.

8. Acceptable use and merchant content

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. The merchant must have the right to upload its menu text, brand assets, and images. The merchant grants Ramlyon the limited permission needed to host, transform, cache, and display that content to operate the service.

9. Availability, changes, and support

Ramlyon may change the application to maintain security, reliability, or shipped product functionality. No uptime percentage is promised. Support channels and hours are [email protected] and +201553706448 on WhatsApp or Phone Calls. Material changes to these terms should be communicated through an appropriate product or written notice.

10. Refunds and statutory rights

The Refund Information page describes the implemented payment workflow. It does not determine a legal entitlement to a refund.
